Privacy notice
Your details should be treated with care. This notice explains what happens to an enquiry you send, what the site collects and what your rights are.
Who is responsible?
The site is presented under the creator name Siobhán Rowanne and is run by Siobhán personally. For anything about your details, write to info@siobhanrowanne.com.
Your enquiry messages
The form asks for your name, company, work email, project type, intended usage, timeline, optional budget, message and privacy consent.
When you send an enquiry, your message is saved privately so I can read it and reply. It is not published anywhere on the site and not shared or sold. No automatic reply or confirmation email is sent — I answer personally.
The form also has an optional, unticked box to join my mailing list. Only if you tick it are your name and email saved to a private list for occasional updates. You can ask to be removed at any time by emailing info@siobhanrowanne.com.
Please don’t include sensitive personal information in a project brief.
Purpose and legal basis
The intended purpose is to review and respond to your project enquiry. The appropriate UK GDPR lawful basis, consent wording and details of any necessary project communications must be confirmed with legal review. The privacy checkbox is not a marketing opt-in.
Retention, access and your rights
A formal retention period has not been set yet, so an enquiry stays with me until I decide it is no longer needed. Depending on the applicable basis and circumstances, you may have rights to access, correction, erasure, restriction or objection and data portability. Please contact me directly to ask what I hold about you, or to ask me to delete it, email info@siobhanrowanne.com.
Services, cookies and external links
This site has no added advertising analytics, marketing pixels or nonessential tracking. No marketing cookie banner has been added. It loads the site’s fonts from Google Fonts; hosting infrastructure and that font service may process connection information to deliver the site. Provider arrangements and any international transfers require review. No account or sign-in is required.
Instagram and any future approved retailer links lead to external sites with their own privacy notices. Portfolio placeholders load no external video players. If approved external video embeds are added, their privacy and cookie behaviour must be reviewed before activation.
